Notipush is an app that make use of notification services. The main features are:
1. Enables the user to create alarms or reminders by scheduling local notifications.
2. Send or receive remote notifications (using APNS - Apple Push Notification Services) with other users (his Notipush friends).

Notipush May Be Used For
1. Schedule local alarms and reminders (using local notification system).
2. Exchange (send or receive) notifications (using push notifications services) with other Notipush users.

a. Send or receive alarms to/from remote users (user's friends). (f.e. A user may inform his friends for his location).
b. To schedule remote notifications. (f.e. A user may schedule a notification to his partners for an upcoming meeting).

Notipush Must NOT Be Used
1. As a replacement to SMS service.
2. As a chat application.
3. To transfer sensitive information.
4. To transfer important information.
5. To transfer large amount of data/text.

Requirements
For using the local notification system (local noifications) there is no special requirements. To send or receive remote notifications (use push notification services), find friends, send or receive friends requests, Internet access is required. Also your device must be registered (and enabled) with Notipush services. 

Attention! To send remote notifications, Internet connection is required. To receive remote notifications Internet connection is required. If Internet connection is unavailable at the time that a remote notification is scheduled to arrive, the notification will be missed and Notipush has no responsibility for missed notifications due to Internet connectivity problems. 

Information We Collect

What You Directly Provide Us
To be able to send or receive remote notifications to/from other users, you must create an account with Notipush. The data we collect are: a unique username you’d like to go by, a display name, a password and optionaly an email address (used to recover your password in case of loss). Notipush does NOT save, store, use or modify the messages of remote notifications which be sent through our services. The user is responsible for the content of the message containing within the remote notification.

What You Automatically Provide Us When You Use Our Services
When registering (Sing In) with Notipush, we collect information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system and version and a uniqe ID named: Device Token. The Device Token is used by Apple to push notifications and is unique per device and application, thus We DO NOT use or share the collected information for any other purposes!

Information We Collect When You Contact Us
When you contact us to provide feedback or requesting support, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer. For instance, if you submit artwork, files, or any other materials to us, we will collect what you give us.

Notification Lifetime
When you submit a remote notification for delivery to other users (your friends), your data submitted to our services; almost immediatelly, our Services submit the user's notification to Apple's Push Notification Services (for push to remote user's devices), at this time the submitted notification deleted permanent from our Services (We DO NOT keep copies of the user submitted notifications). The incoming or outgoing remote notifications may be stored locally on user's device, thus the user is responsible for the integrity and privacy of the locally stored (on device) notifications.  

Important! If the Internet connection is disabled or limited in recipient's device at the time that a remote notification is scheduled, then the recipient will miss the incoming notification. Notipush has no responsibility for missed notifications due to Internet connectivity problems.

Notification Deletion
All notifications sent throught our services deleted automatically once they have been submitted to Apple Push Notification Services for push to recipient's devices.

User Account Edit/Deletion
A user may change his account data anytime or delete his own account permanent (after deletion of account, the user will not be able to send or receive remote notifications). When a user deletes his account, the following are removed from Notipush servers: Acount info, User's device info and any user relationship with other users.

Important! We encourage our users to use strong passwords in their passwords. Notipush is NOT responsible for the security of an account in case of weak password usage.
Info: We recommend users to delete their account before uninstall Notipush from their device.

Limitations
Notipush rely on Apple's Push Notification Services, thus any limitations of APNS have an impact to Notipush also.

Children
We DO NOT direct our Services to anyone under 13 years old.

Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION . BY USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE

Notipush is protected by copyright law and as result of this: Do not modify, transmit, display, sale, republication, copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication and commercial exploitation of downloaded material.

Notipush has NO responsibility for missed notifications due to Internet connectivity problems.
Notipush has NO responsibility for missed notifications due to user wrong usage.
Notipush is NOT responsible for the security of an account in case of weak password usage.
Notipush is NOT responsible for the content transfered between users.
Notipush is NOT responsible for the inserted user account data.

Notipush may NOT be used:
1. As a replacement to SMS service.
2. As a chat application.
3. To transfer sensitive information.
4. To transfer important information.
5. To transfer large amount of data/text.

Notipush must be used:
1. To schedule local alarms and reminders (using local notification system).
2. To exchange (send or receive) notifications (using push notifications services) with other Notipush users.

Safety
We do our best to keep Notipush safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep Notipush safe, which includes the following commitments by you:
1. You will NOT post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Notipush
2. You will NOT collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Notipush, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
3. You will NOT engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Notipush.
4. You will NOT post/send other malicious code.
5. You will NOT solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
6. You will NOT bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
7. You will NOT post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or gratuitous violence.
8. You will NOT develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions.
9. You will NOT use Notipush to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
10. You will NOT do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Notipush such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Notipush functionality.
11. You will NOT facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Protecting Other People's Rights
We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
1. You will NOT exchange (send or receive) content or take any action using Notipush that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
2. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
3. You will NOT use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks with our prior written permission.
4. If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, make it clear you (and not Notipush) are the one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
5. You will NOT post/send anyone's identification documents or sensitive information using Notipush.

Registration and Account Security
Notipush users may provide their real names. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
1. You will not provide any false personal information on Notipush or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
2. You will not create more than one personal account.
3. If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
4. You will not use Notipush if you are under 13.
5. You will not use Notipush if you are a convicted sex offender.
6. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
7. You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
8. If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

WE ARE PROVIDING NOTIPUSH AS IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT NOTIPUSH WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT NOTIPUSH WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS.
